Our Story
Having completed hotel management from the prestigious IHM, Kovalam Trivandrum, in the year 2000, Annu. K. Kunjappan, our master baker or the sweet fairy herself developed her passion for baking during her exclusive family time with her kids in UAE. When her tested and tried out recipes with the support of professional educational background fetched her a pretty good number of appreciation, she decided to commercialize her products for the crowds of Trivandrum in 2016 with the whole hearted support of her family under the brand name THE SWEET FAIRIES. Slowly yet steadily the sweet fairy started building up a strong customer base. Till date it is those trusted loyal customer and this word of mouth that keep us flying higher and higher.

Our standards
We don’t use any kind of additives preservatives and emulsifiers.
We use best of class ingredients available in the market as our raw materials
We try and inculcate a healthy element in each of our bakes.
We make guilt free treats with least fat and by usage of jiggery whole wheat flour, addition of whole fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds making it healthy as possible.
Our celebration/festive cakes follow the basic theory of more cake and less cream.
