• We follow from the scratch baking just like how traditional baking was done at homes. We don’t use premixes and commercial bulk baking techniques. We don’t use margarine and health deteriorated trans fats. We don’t use any kind of additives
preservatives and emulsifiers. We use best of class ingredients available in the market as our raw materials. Most of our baking is done with butter and that too Amul butter standardizing our products.
• Our eggless cakes are pure and safe for vegetarians and we bringing the same volume and taste of egg cakes through time tested techniques and safe vegetarian alternatives. We try and inculcate a healthy element
in each of our bakes.
• We make guilt free treats with least fat and by usage of jiggery whole wheat flour, addition of whole fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds making it healthy as possible.
• Our celebration/festive cakes follow the basic theory of more cake and less cream.
